THE IP AND INFORMATION PROTECTION DIRECTION OF CYBERLAW
Although I'm very attend to the cyberlaw world, i have to say that this is not my first law interest. It has become natural to me, following a deep inspiration on the human social relation conducts by my studies in legal history and judicial review, nex to an intense feeling of segregation in the legal philosophical thought. But now that I'm introducing myself, in to the previous works of cyberlaw academics, as contemporary response to those studies, mixed with my previous jurisprudence and legal history readings, i feel that i have made the right choice in getting a sane perspective of this "Cyberlaw" discipline, and that's because, it had come to my attention that the main topisc about the cyberlaw discussion, are the ip and public and private information protection; and that's not the way in want to observe the Internet-society dialectic, by the moment. First i want to find some answers for the followed ideas for constructing theoretically this subject?
a) Public participation between: nationals, nationals-nationals, national government-nationals.
b) Internet companies as the nuclear power centers.
c) new factual borders, and the disappearing of others
d) The transformation of the sovereignty concept.
e) Giving the reason of a new social reality; the need of a new wheels of the international legal order
