CYBERLAW THEORY MY FIRST STEP
I really want to start thinking about the hypothetically creation of a "Cyber Law Theory". My particular reasons about this, is that jurisprudence, since the very beginning, have been a study based on symbolic social order in which the existence of man it's a basic semi-direct relation with other human beings. But for this generation, it's unsafely to establish this idea; because while in other times, social space (the range where all social relations take place) was barely out of physically dimension, today we have a very high percentage of relations that are happening in other dimension. This dimension it's the so called "Internet". The problem, in my perspective, it's that legal trained academics, are not fully capable of understanding the size of the new social -even anthropological- interaction, and even worse, there's an apathy in most cases about interdisciplinary studies, specifically with Thechnology Sciences, and this is breaking the possibility of a realistic theory of Cyberlaw. So the synthesis of this first post, is to clarify how much time does humanity, at least on first world countries, live on the Internet dimension and once the result it's on, determine what are the implications with third world countries.
