LEGAL HISTORY AN ESPISTEME TO CYBERLAW
An epistemic sense it's the basis concept That Had or Have Some Before It's contemporary use. It's therefore this terms that i have come up to the idea of going in the direction of a wider aspect of the cyberlaw theory. Legal History as in my first legal studies speciality, have been my introduction to the new culture (cyberspace), that world society it's developing; and the reason of this connection between legal history and cyberlaw, it's because of the common euphoria of the forefront of the sciences, no matter the expertise's, there's always a "flawless" instigation for braking with the past theories or regulations, in the case of jurisprudence, and these new paradigms become a ritual to future generations, forgetting in most cases that the essence of a lot of institutions existed in the past, and the answers of so many problems are in a preterit factual platforms. The social problems have always been the same, it's the element that stand in between the characters of society, the one that diffuses and maybe confuses the nature of the roles in a particular society. And those elements have always been present in legal history as variables; for example the railroad in XIXth century, or the TV in the XXth century.
